RETURNS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Royal Bee Baby Fashion Design. To facilitate this, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of receiving your item. Customer bear shipping charges for return products. If item is defective you are eligible for free return.
Eligibility Criteria for Returns:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- It should be unworn or unused.
- It must have all original tags and be in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, you can either fill out the return form on your account page or contact us at info@royalbeebaby.com.
Return Process: If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on where and how to send the package. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. If your country of residence is not the United Arab Emirates, kindly be aware that shipping times may vary.

Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, please inspect it promptly. If you discover that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. This allows us to assess the situation and make it right.
Please note that certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about a specific item, please get in touch.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for gift cards.
Exchanges: For a swift exchange process, we recommend returning the item you have, and once the return is approved, making a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
